“Class Act in Vienna”
This is our second stay at the K&K Palais in Vienna. We returned specifically because our first experience with them was so outstanding. I am happy to report that they continue to excel in every respect. Their staff is professional, focused on customer service, helpful and friendly. Their breakfast buffet is spectacular. Their location is unrivaled. We will return!
“Lovely hotel”
A truly beautiful little hotel - of the 4 hotels used during our trip to Austria, this was by far the nicest. Breakfast was lovely. I wish I'd been able to stay a little longer.
“Fantastic!”
My husband and I stayed at the K&K Palais during our honeymoon in Vienna. We loved it. The place was extremely clean & quiet. Service was also very helpful. Breakfast was very fresh and well presented. The K&K is set in a great location. Very central yet out of the hustle and bustle. Its only about a 8 min walk to St Stephensdom cathedral. Will definately stay again!
“Perfect Location!”
This hotel was the perfect smaller hotel that was off the "hotel chain" path . . . very good service, location close to city center and excellent Metro location. Breakfast buffet was really good, with fresh food and nice choices, and the small bar area was perfect. Def recommend!
“Third Stay”
I love this hotel. This was my third stay and I was there for 13 days. 13 days in a Hotel is a very long time. But somehow this hotel makes you feel at home. The room I always choose, and yes the staff is that accommodating whenever they can be, is good size but not huge, but is it extremely quiet, at the end of a hallway and has all the amenities and space a traveler could want. Huge soaking tub, w/shower. Some rooms have huge walk in showers instead of tubs, so state your preference. They even offered me, at no charge, a bigger room with a balcony overlooking the park, because of my long stay. I stayed with my room. The staff is great! You don't need to speak German, they speak English, and most are multi lingual. The breakfast selection is huge and all you can eat. Saves you from buying lunch, and is open until 11AM. Great area, two block to UBahn and trams. Walking distance to Stephansplatz. Safe area to walk in. Numerous cafes, and restaurants. Will be staying there again.

“Better than I thought”
It is more a familar chain hotel to Americans but turns out to be an excellent place to stay. We only wish we could have planned better and spent more nights there.

Hotel K&K Palais is one of a chain which can be found in several European countries. They all have very high standards of comfort and staff efficiency. Their breakfasts are particularly good. They are also as the one in Vienna well located for seeing the main sites of the city
“Very Good”
The K&K Palais has a wonderful location, close to everything but across from a quite park. There several subway stations near as well as tram stops. The rooms are of a good size and offer all the conforts needed. The beds are good and the closet is addecuate for travelers. In the bathroom it has an excellent shower. The breakfast buffet is good. I will try to stay there every time I go to Vienna.
