"Stayed the night before and after a 4-day Via Ferrata tour. Very clean, nice balconies, fridge in kitchenette. Laundry facilities ideal and reasonably priced. Beds were comfy, nice balcony to sit out on in the evening. Couldn’t fault the reception staff, helped us find the right bus stop for our onward journey. "

Our room had two balconies, with a BREATHTAKING VIEW of the Dolomites. If you have not been to this area of the world, you MUST, and this hotel is a perfect place to take in the beauty of the mountains and peace and quiet of nature. "It is a wonderful hotel with amazing views and accommodating staff. I am a wheelchair user who stayed at the suite (the only wheelchair-accessible option at the hotel). The suite is very spacious but not fully accessible. The shower is very small and hard to transfer into from a wheelchair. The sinks aren’t floating, so I couldn’t roll under them; it was very challenging to use. The balconies aren’t accessible as well. Other than that, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this...
