It was pretty nice. Staff were not very friendly and accomodating except the 2 guys from the bistro, the server and the bar tender. We bought a timeshare from Kama. She was awesome. We would prefer to go back to Maui or Oahu. Hard to Find an access to the ocean there, although i expected that but not that bad😂.

A beautiful set up. Was able to watch the sunrise everyday we was there. If we had any concerns about anything they was very responsive. Our ice maker never worked nor did my sister in law's. They should consider getting new coffee makers. Only because all the words on the buttons have been rubbed off.

Love the adult only pool. It’s so relaxing and quiet. There’s an awesome area for families with lots to do for the kids. Also, happy that they updated the pool furniture on the adult side. Family side could use some new loungers. Spa, pools, and plunge very clean as well as restrooms and grounds. Beautiful setting. It can get windy. We had a couple hiccups at checkin but they were resolved quickly and we were extended a late checkout. So all in all it was a great weekend!

This place was amazing. The property itself was impressive. Starting with check in, the staff were very nice and helpful with how to make the most of stay. The accomodations were clean and comfortable. The pool area and the whole resort felt like paradise and would definitely come back for another stay.

My experience at the hilton grand kingclub.......was amazing one of my all time moments in my life. The lanei was my favorite spot in my deluxe suite. Bbq was very pleasing for some good food. Pools were amazing and walkable loved our late night swims and vollyball with the fam. And my sister who had anther suit was close to or room, for my neices and nephews to go to and from. Safely. :) i will come back only complaint was now jets in my amazing tub. Other that best dayz evvvveeerrrr. Happy wilks/Neal/hernandez/plus Spencer future bil.2024 oregonians.

Our family’s favorite place for a staycation! The kitchen, washer, and dryer makes it so convenient and homey. Absolutely love the pool, as my kids range from toddler to teen, there is a place at the pool for all of them to enjoy!

The rooms are very outdated and need a lot of remodeling. Small bedroom is actually with no windows, because you have to keep it close with wood panels all the time. The cleaning of the room was poor, the furniture, windows and light switches were dirty. The only thing we really liked was the swimming pool. The staff was mostly nice and helpful.

Beautiful setting in a nice location and grounds that are kept immaculate. The rooms are outstanding, with a nice master bedroom and a huge bathroom. Liked the shared barbecue area at each building. The pools were amazing with great options for families with kids and an adults only area. Only negatives would be the overall cleanliness of our room and the lack of restaurants/ bars and eating options on such a huge property. Seemed really ridiculous that nothing is open past 6 pm (not even the hotel bar!) Getting around also posed a bit of a challenge. You need to have a car to get around quickly from place to place, otherwise, be prepared to do a lot of walking.

The staff was amazing and were easy to access via text. The shuttle was nice, but we had a rental car and it was easy to validate parking at the Hilton Waikoloa Resort, so we ended up driving down there. The pool was nice. We were there early and they let us use the pool as they were getting our room ready. Great location - there is a nice market nearby and it's great that the room had a full kitchen.

Arrived at 220 pm check in is at 4. Clerk tried to charge me twice for the room when I already paid on Expedia. Clerk took my phone number and said they would text as soon as my room was available. I sat at the bar until 415 pm, then finally asked what the issue was. Surprise! My room was ready!
