Door lock on the room door would not lock, cob webs full of bugs hanging from the ceiling, Bathroom was not clean, black stuff on the inside bathroom door, floor needed cleaning , we couldn't wait to leave saturday. We have stayed at this motel 3 years straight , and nothing like the room this time

This place was way more than I expected. Safe, clean, and inexpensive. I’m very particular regarding cleanliness. I took a chance and this was a pleasant surprise.

This was the second time we've stayed at this motel. Its an older building but pretty clean other than the inside of the room's exit door around the door knob, and also the bath faucet control knob. The bed is a little hard but the sheets were clean and comfortable. The location is great, about an hour from Charleston and Savannah. They don't charge a pet fee and the price cant be beat. We did see one roach bug in the room at the end of our 2 night stay.

This was probably the cleanest looking budget motel I have seen. It is kept up without dinginess or dirt or wear, It was right off the highway exit and had parking in front of the room. Bed was comfortable enough but pillows were small and not to my comfort. Unfortunately there were a couple of cockroaches in the room when we woke up. This was disturbing but because of the cleanliness and upkeep of the room and hotel area I have to think that they will be on top of this pest control problem. I don't know if I would stay there again without taking proper precautions.
