Communication was not good at all. I paid via Expedia, get to the hotel and it’s a whole other story. Shower was cold. I called and nothing was resolved, it wasn’t taken care of. The fact that my children had to take cold showers is absurd. During my check-out I ask for the lady working to explain to me the charges and she handed me to the paper to look at and wouldn’t explain to me. Very disappointing. She looked like she didn’t want to be bothered with me. Very rude and unprofessional and I was very kind. I try not to complain, but how I was dealt with during checkout was unkind.
Check in was amazing. Whoever checked me in Friday morning was the sweetest person EVER. So kind and attentive and answered all my questions.
Unfortunately, this was my first and last time staying at this hotel. I wanted to book my second stay for May, but the check-out process was unpleasant and the lack of concern for my children and I showering in cold water wasn’t taken care of, I would never come back or recommend this hotel to anyone. I travel 5-6 times a year and this experience was very unpleasant. One highlight I would point out is that my children loves the pool.
