The property did not have enough rooms to accommodate my booking. The manager Mario Soriano told me “I need to take that up with the people i booked through” how rude was that? The rooms were cleaned to the bare minimum. It was overall and unpleasant stay.

PArking in the garage was terrible. Signs placed that the garage was full when there were many empty spots and the gate would remain closed despite serveral attempts to open it.

Despite the convenient location, our stay was disappointing. The rooms needed maintenance, with leaky windows, broken furniture, and stained bedding. The service was also subpar, with Muhammad, the market supervisor, being rude and unhelpful. The valet service was also problematic, nearly walking over my son(He did not apologize or make sure my son was ok). The food was overpriced and not delicious. We won't be returning.

Having stayed at this property several times over the last ten years, the rooms are showing heavy wear. Also, our room this time had a faint smell of cigarette smoke, a dead entry bulb, and stains on the sheets.

Ralph, the guy at the front desk who does checkin is terrible. Treated me like a dog, threw my door key on the floor in front of the entire crowd. He also forced me to take a terrible room. I got a different room after several conversations. The staff who were working during the weekend were nice. I will never stay at this property anymore. Very bad treatment. They also ask in line for everything again and again. They should have a better customer service and treatment. They are in year before 1775. Very bad people at Hilton there.

We stayed for a night. Check in was smooth. Staff were professional and helpful. The bar and the food were good. Except for the small hair found in our sushi. However, the bartender was really nice! Whwn it came time to sleep, the air conditioner gave us problems which emphasized how uncomfortable the bed was. It got to about 74 in our room even at the lowest setting which did not make for a good nights sleep.

This was a good place to stay, but only two of the four elevators were working. We waited for more than thirty minutes for elevators before someone suggested we catch the service elevator. They were not prepared for the large crowd of people that were there.

The room was clean, but they for got to clean once. The main problem is the availability of internet. I was unable to check in my flight and choose my seat. I got the worst seat in the plane on my flight back. hilton make it difficult to sign up to internet to much information need to be enter to access internet. Even the airport WiFi was this difficult. So disappointing.

Horrible night
We drove 5 hours to stay at this hotel, to visits some friends near by, got charged 33 for parking and no free coffee at all, and I ask to put my Hilton honor numbers and they refused and said is a thirth party, and to make it worse someone trying to force to open the door that comunícated between 2 rooms at 11pm and lost a entire night of sleep worried . No fun at all, don't think will stay there again. We felt unsafe. Almost 200 wasted.

The parking fee is high! Over $30. My refrigerator wasn’t working but they put in a maintenance ticket and it was fixed by the time I came back.

The room was very nice. The hotel was mostly quiet except for a conference happening with teenagers and it would be a bit loud when they came back to their rooms. Housekeeping did not clean due to a language barrier. Parking was an issue as they closed doors off due to the conference.

Horrible Stay
I stayed at the Hilton Mark Center while attending my company’s party. The rooms were outdated and the bathroom was extremely small. I had to call maintenance about the constant heat only to be told that there wasn’t AC in the hotel. The funny thing is, while sitting in the hotel lobby bar with colleagues the AC was pumping and it was freezing. Also, while I was downstairs with colleagues someone went into my room and stole my necklace. I reported the incident to the front desk and was told that it was not found in the room which I already told them that it had to be staff since the door was locked when my family and I left. Nothing done…There was a safe in the room that was extremely outdated amongst a lot of chipped paint on the door seals.

Fantastic experience! However, I wish there was microwaves in the rooms. I stayed here for my bodybuilding competition, and it was unfortunate that I had to go down to the lobby each time to warm up my meals, but other than that the hotel was a 10 out of 10.
