"I arrived in the late evening when the reception was closed, but the staff had kindly left my key in a safe place. The rooms are named after animals, I was in the SHEEP room which had lifesize and authentic-looking toy sheep on the carpet as well as sheep motif on the curtains and a huge ram picture on the all next to the bed. The room was immaculately clean, the bed comfortable. I would return."

"The hotel is in a beautiful location. Unfortunately the reception services are among the worst ones anyone can experience. I tried to reach out the hotel for hours to inform them we were arriving with a delay. Nobody picked up the phone or assisted us. We ended up taking a different room by mistake. "Great breakfast and very friendly staff. The lady at the front desk made arrangements to make sure we got something to eat and special thanks to the chef who prepared a very tasty meal even though we arrived after hours due to travel delays. We only stayed one night, which was a shame. The hotel is on the river and I would have liked to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere for a couple more days. Highly recommend it. "
