Not obvious how to find the room information. It was on the TV screen but the brief info leaflet given at the desk by just saying "on the TV". Instructions about how to turn lights on also inadequate as the slot for inserting the door "key" seemed too small. It needed a firm thrust to insert it, which we were initially loath to do for fear of damaging it.

The food was below standard. Nothing to do with the property, but Expedia needs to be very clear that they are quoting in US$ and not the local currency. This was only mentioned in the fine print. Poorer but wiser, I will avoid Expedia from now.

Great place to stay, especially for a super early flight the next morning. Smooth check-in, great service at dinner (Whiskey Lima Golf restaurant), and comfy room. My only suggestion would be to add small pottles of body lotion, like most hotels do. Thanks and will return again.

We stay here for convenience when we get the midnight flight into Wellington. Unfortunately the last 3 times check in was very slow. This time we checked in and found the air conditioning was not working. No one was picking up the phone. I rang using an outside line to no avail. Had to go downstairs to find a staff member. With only 1 or 2 staff working we were still standing in a hallway at 2.15am waiting to be given a room which ended up being on a lower floor. Very exhausting , next time I will get a 15 min taxi ride to a hotel in the city.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is located conveniently to both the airport and is a short 15-minute drive to the Wellington CBD. The room was tidily presented and the bed was comfortable, but unfortunately the bathroom had a foul stench that reached the room itself. I do not know if this is due to lack of proper cleaning, mold build-up, or a problem with the drains in general. This significantly degraded the experience of staying in the room - I do not know if this was unique to the room I stayed in or is generally true. Overall, a fair but not great experience relative to the price paid.

Extremely Windy did not help the area around the hotel. Not the hotel staff’s fault. Staff were very helpful and Insurance that we did not pay for overnight packet which saved us $55. The Room was very comfortable.

Very convenient
Brilliant location for an overnight stay prior to flying out next morning . Very comfortable clean room well equipped. Only downside is unavoidable noise from early morning flights . Helpful staff.

Great place to stay for a night and the artwork there and in the airport was great. Front desk staff were a bit stand offish and seemed annoyed when we asked if someone could help bring our bags up. Usually I would do it myself but I was in a moonboot and travelling with my 80yr old mother.

THE hotel is the only hotel at the airport. We should have stayed in town. There is a super museum in Wellington and all the good restaurants are near it . You take a bus ride thru a long tunnel and a two block walk puts you at Museum. The place was like a very clean Motel 6. Clean , but nothing special about it. Stay in Town... Leave hotel to others whom arrive late at night. Jim Delonte

Very convenient just a couple of feet from the airport. Room was clean but dusty. Told the guy in duty when he couldn't get out TV to work and had to change rooms. Still dusty. He promised to let housekeeping know. But didn't offer to get the room dusted. Hmph
