"Nasty hair everywhere, contacted the customer service number, never had anyone sent out to make it right. Never had new sheets brought to us like they promised. Nasty floors, nasty everything. Will absolutely 100% never be back. Waste of my money."

the staff made it right the best they knew how. if this hotel wants to succeed the manager will need to care about the customer. small town not much to choose from therfore there is a great opportunity to get a better rati g just not this visit.
the staff save this from being a really bad rating. pay your housekeeping staff more and inspect the outcome from time to time.
for me it will not be on my list to return. also note breakfast is no longer included in the rate. "
