As others have stated, I had a terribly long way to check in - not sure what the problem was at there was no one else there. I finally got checked in only to discover my room was on the first floor right across from the breakfast area! It was EXTREMELY noisy my first morning. Also, my AC never cooled below 60 degrees and the mini fridge didn't work which ruined some leftovers I planned to eat. After speaking to the manager, I was given a new room on the second floor and the next guest was several rooms away. I did enjoy my last 2 nights there, however, having to switch rooms right before I was supposed to leave to attend a family member's celebration of life was very inconvenient. There are two Country Inn and Suites in Williamsburg and this one is in the less desirable area. Not sure if I would stay there again.

Very dirty room. The hotel is kinda old and not well maintained. The room was full of dust and there were stains and hair everywhere. Despite us complaining, no accommodations were done. The breakfast is okay. No indoor swimming pool. For this price, I would stay somewhere else
