We found a local brewery with lots of character just blocks away, and discovered the nearby river trail the next day. Had hoped for some shops that would have caused us to linger a little longer in the area... But it was a pleasant place for a quick stopover as we passed through. "

"The property was recently totally rehabbed in a first class manner. It is a registered historical property. The restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced for a high quality meal. The only negative for us was that it does not have an elevator and our room was on the third floor."

"This is a classic center of town hotel that is 100 years old. It has been updated, but won't be as slick as a recently built chain hotel - But has a charm. "

"Location to the Pine Creek Run Trail was 20 mins away. Only draw back was that our room a/c struggled to keep the room cool. We didn’t make it a big deal since it was a one night stay. "

"Very clean room, conveniently located close to Knoebels (20 mins away) and the pool was awesome with perfect temperature. Great price for all you get. Highly recommend. "

"The property shares a parking lot with a Econo lodge motel next door, and check in for liberty lodge is at the Econo lodge front desk. But the rooms inside liberty lodge are nice. Ours had plenty of room, a long writing desk, a large fridge, and a large TV. There was also a shared patio area out back that I did not have time to check out. "
