The service & friendliness of the employees was awesome. The hotel & room was clean but the room might need a bit updating w/ furnishings. I would definitely stay again!

I didnt like i had to take my dirty towels all the way to the front desk to get new ones and couldn't get the room serviced unleas we provided a 24 hour notice. Also they put me an a ADA room when i didnt need that.

Sadly the photos do not reflect the quality of the hotel. Our room had stained and dirty floors (grime was built up along flooring seams) which calls into question the rest of the space. There was also grime along the shower seams. The continental breakfast was certainly not what was pictured in the ad; they were out of milk (when someone finally came around, she was genuinely confused as to where to find more), the cereal decanter was empty, the "hot" food was stale.

We went to check in with our confirmation number and they over booked the hotel. We were a long way away from home, so we had to go around and search for a new hotel. We ended up with a hotel room at the Hampton, but had to pay double for a regular room. Clairon needs to find a better way of doing things. It was an awful experience.

Took half an hour on phone with tech to get wifi to work. Hotel layout is strange. Bed and pillows were comfy though. Breakfast was not available the day I stayed (staffing issue???). Free drink at bar was nice.

I liked the location. I did not like the fact I could hear everything going on in the rooms around me. Also, no breakfast the whole weekend, one reason we decided to stay there, was the breakfast.

To be quite candid this is the worst hotel in the world! The staff treated us like we belonged in a barn! Never ever again will I stay here! Can’t believe how uneducated the staff were.

I stayed at this property for work for a 2 week period, did not receive any housekeeping, towel re-stock or general cleaning. Would not recommend this hotel for shift work.

Clean and spacious
Due to a blizzard knocking out power for an unknown extended period of time, we had to book a room and chose Clarion based on the low rates & larger room sizes. We went with a suite that also had a kitchen/kitchenette so we had some extra room for our kiddos to play. The room was decent, the kitchen was functional, but it could use a fee more pans and cooking utensils. We ended up grsving some from our house since we knew wed be staying awhile. Other than that it was pretty great.

We were given a second room due to first one had dirty blankets in sofa bed toilet was dirty room had not been clean both rooms had stains on carpet and furniture. Unfortunately a lot of the oil workers stay there and saw no house keeping at all .

Great room!
The room was fantastic! Clean. The bed was comfortable. I say that kinda loosely. When you laid down for the first little while it was good, but later in the night it got a little uncomfortable. It was cool to have the stove microwave and fridge in the room! I love that! I will be staying here again.

I asked for cleaning after 3 days, and they did, and when I see tge bed sheets still same stains on it. I called the reception and she said on tge phone ok I will be doing. But during 9 days stay my sheets not changed. The breakfast is another story. No proper breakfast, and weekends already closed etc etc

The room we booked needs a good steam cleaning. Beds were comfortable. Room set up was good but the service was a lot to be desired. A sign at check in said if you want the room cleaned let them know. I just wanted towel service. Had to go to the front desk to get them. Noticed that the room didn’t have a hair dryer was told if I wanted one I would have to go back to the front desk. Our room location to the front desk was a pain to get there

The carpets were stained and the floors were sticky. The breakfast was inedible. Staff didn’t tell us where our room or elevator was. Had to find it on our own basically. I wouldn’t stay here again.
