“Really liked it!!!!”
The emplyees were nice and helpful. I really liked that they brought your breakfast to the room!!!
“Enjoyable”
Having a hotel that overlooks the river is relaxing. We also appreciated that all the rooms are non-smoking. What a treat to be able to have breakfast in bed. (Breakfast is delivered each morning in a basket outside your door at the time you choose.) I recommend Best Western Coastline Inn.
“small, clean, comfortable”
Everything worked, room was large, low key, quiet, and very comfortable. Only recommendation to improve: the complimentary breakfast, muffins too small. I can live with that. We will return.
“Memorable Birthday Weekend”
Nice overall hotel. Modern amenities. The room was a touch on the small side but the view over the Cape Fear river across from the USS North Carolina was great. Good location. A lot of new construction near by but the noise was not disruptive.

We loved the cleanliness of the Hotel and the new Contemporary look. It was a perfect location which allowed us to walk along the Riverfront and take a stroll through Downtown.

Very comfortable. We like to walk around to shop in Wilmington. This was a great stay for us.
“Cape Fear River View”
The accomodations were exactly what I expected. The view of the sunset over the Cape Fear River was fabulous! I wasn't truly impressed by the cold "hard-boiled" egg as part of my breakfast choices but next time I will make sure that I have a microwave in the room.

“nice location”
enjoyed the cool breezes while at the outside sitting areas and the security gates that allowed access to the outside river area but required hotel room card to have access back to hotel unless coming through hotel lobby. only problem with outside security gates was homeless men sleeping on pier at night. we had not problem with them because they were friendly and respectful. outside riverwalk and pier at hotel were very nice to sit out during day or night. we enjoyed hotel being right on the riverwalk to have access to shops and restaurants and walking distance to downtown shops. beach was not as far from hotel as thought. hotel room was clean and nice, but just smaller than used to for 3 to 4 people. there was not fridge or microwave in the room. bathroom did not have an air vent either. staff was extremely nice and helpful at all times. hotel was quiet. parking area was roomy and nice. breakfast was served to room but the egg & ham omelet was microwaved and dry, complementary breakfast taste & choices were lacking and could use improvement. would consider coming back to this hotel if needed to stay in downtown area though because of price and location.

Nice hotel and a very good value for the price. Breakfast is room service only, which is fine. Nice view of the river.
