Really excellent stay at this lovely guest house. Very comfortable, clean, superb room. Pamela and her staff are so helpful and friendly. The breakfast is spot on and so many choices. Fantastic stay.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room and property were clean. Only negative was the shower was difficult to control the water temp and the switch to turn it on was above the bathroom door on the outside of the bathroom and this wasn't explained. Otherwise excellent.

Had a really enjoyable stay here. The staff were friendly. The room was great and breakfast was lovely. Only a 10 minute walk to Bowness. Would recommend.

Fantastic b&b
We loved our stay here over New Years Eve. Its a little walk to the centre, either Bowness or Windermere but worth it to have off road parking The room we had was a good size with a modern feel Breakfast was great and kept us full for our planned walks on the fells. All of the staff we met were welcoming and friendly.
