"Overall everything was great. I gave it a 4 because we paid for the week of parking and 3/5 days they oversold the parking so we had to park and pay at the zoo. Also bigger vehicles not a good idea as we couldn’t park one of our vehicles here at all due to height. We know for next time to get a smaller car too. But we paid for 5 days of parking and 3/5 days ended up paying somewhere else for parking. Property also didn’t fill our soaps and towels fully each time so we had to ask for...

"Jacques was amazing and so helpful!! Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful!! The outside of the hotel wasn’t impressive, but the room was really nice and updated. The full kitchen was awesome with so many appliances with the rice cooker and the blender. It was very comfortable and functional. Worked perfectly for me and my kids. "

"Nice clean, comfortable Condo managed by Waikiki Shore by Outrigger. When we arrived, we learned that the management desk had moved to be overseen by another Hotel (The Regency; 5 min walk away). Jacques checked us in - very professional and helpful. Went over all logistics of rental property. We had stayed here before - and it was nice to see the upgrade of the new elevators in the building. Condo was very clean, well kept and great view. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Hawaii."

"We had such a great experience! The property staff were very helpful and always quick to respond. It is in Waikiki so there is some “city life” noise. Also, I didn’t know that if we wanted an oven as part of the kitchen, I had to request it. Not their fault, just something to note. Over all it was a great stay! "

The bathroom was only at about 30% so I took a light bulb from a lamp so we could see ourselves in the bathroom. The light above the desk was also minimal so I moved another lamp onto the desk so I could see for work. "detailed instruction on how to check in.. clean property, right on the beach.. a kitchen with everything needed to cook some meals while looking the ocean.. the patio had unobstructed views of the pacific ocean.. close to many of the north shore beaches and not far from honolulu too.. plenty of parking on the property"
