I presented to reception for check in, Late checkout and continental breakfast included confirmed by receptionist. First breakfast went well with nil complaints. When presenting for last day breakfast staff at reception and restaurant, stating that breakfast was not included . My wife and I was left standing in the restaurant listening to staff talk about us in the reception area. When waitress returned proceeded to ask us for an e mail confirming breakfast/late checkout included in booking deal, then stated companies offer customers included items without consulting hotel and I was not entitled to breakfast and late checkout entitlements but she would honour it anyway. This was done over a period of time and other customers were present at the time. She said would do me the favour of honouring the breakfast and late check out but it was not a part of my booking deal but a mistake on the management teams behalf.
How was this changed from day one to day three ? From booking ,your email confirm and check in .. all same condition .. why today24/11 change to no breakfast included? Let us stand in restaurant and asked to show email to the staff for evidence for the booking included breakfast. Even after show her the booking and email your sent , she still deny the information. Email to manager,he stated that is was their mistake, breakfast was included in our booking . Just said didn’t charged us extra? How he could?
It is unacceptable service.
