Front desk person disagreeable, first room I was showed was dirty, second room was dirty as well. From desk person didn’t want to give me a receipt for the second room I was given. There’s mold in the rub, shower head detached from wall. Food and filth on the desk top in the room

Over booked and understaffed, got a call before arriving. ask if we would be willing to get an upgrade from two double beds to a king executive room, i was very clear I would do one of the two rooms but not both, as the other group with us were not husband and wife, we got there, and they gave our double away on both rooms. There was a pull-out sleeper in the room, and it look like the Salem Zoo rented it out for the elephant mating program, i would have touched the thing wearing a Tyvek suit. Then we checked in and they said we are short staffed, and we would have no room cleaning, and if we needed towels and wash cloths, we would need to get them, so when i went to get them i was told they had no clean ones and handed me the bathmat size for a washcloth. worst $1400 for three days i ever spent. In fairness to the staff that was there they tried the best they could.
