"Smelled terrible! The rooms look nothing like the pictures, everything is dirty and stained."

"The hotel was in a supreme location next to the World Trade Center. The room was clean, air conditioning was supreme, the cleaning attendant was lovely and beds were comfortable. The deck is beautiful to look out on the main level. Only concern is that it is only one working elevator to get to the main level, so be aware if you're running late."

"When parking on Sundays you don't have to worry about tickets on the other hand on weekdays consider a parking garage. In my experience I realized there wasn't enough body wash and the tissue was not replenished it only had three sheets of tissue. I also did not get my complimentary breakfast vouchers so I ended up checking out by 8:30 a.m and leaving without breakfast. I would consider staying again because of the convenient location. The staff is kind and I should have asked for all the things that were missing but I don't want to cause any issues"
