"Great hotel with an unbeatable location A very clean hotel with respectful staff and a great variety for breakfast. The location is perfect, with less than a 10-minute walk to Republic Square and shopping centers. Rooms were cleaned daily, and the amenities, like the pool and high-speed Wi-Fi, were excellent. It’s definitely worth the price."

"What was meant to be a peaceful and restorative stay for my daughter turned into a deeply distressing experience for our family. We chose this hotel expecting comfort, safety, and a high standard of hospitality. Instead, the environment was extremely noisy and stressful, making it impossible for her to rest or recover. Over time, her condition worsened significantly, ultimately requiring police involvement and hospitalization. Throughout this crisis, communication was extremely difficult. As parents based in the United States, we struggled to obtain timely information and meaningful assistance while our daughter was alone in a foreign country. The hospital she was taken to was also difficult to reach, and language barriers made an already serious situation even more overwhelming. We do acknowledge that certain staff members, including Lilith and Vardges, attempted to be kind and supportive. However, these individual efforts were not enough to compensate for the overall lack of empathy and flexibility shown by management during an urgent and sensitive situation. Their communication felt formal, rigid, and disconnected at a time when compassion and practical support were essential. In addition, our daughter’s headphones were stolen during the stay, which added further stress and anxiety to an already critical situation. As a result of everything that occurred, she was unable to experience the stay we had paid for and required both medical and police assistance during what"

"Great location, central but still quiet, staff helpful, room clean and great shower. We stayedv2 nights and everything was perfect, including a box breakfast for the 3 am flight. Would recommend. N"

"I had a very disappointing experience at Deluxe Hotel Yerevan. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The hotel felt very cheap and located in a poor area. There was no elevator, which made carrying luggage difficult. They were also irresponsible about receiving packages — they refused to help with a package that arrived after checkout. Breakfast was weak and very limited, and the coffee was honestly terrible. Definitely not worth the experience I had, and I would not recommend this hotel."
