room went to the dogs
got to the hotel and had to wait for the person to finish eating to check us in, which she did while we waited. We had a dog so they put us in a pet friendly room which the smell took our breath away when we walked through the door. It reaked so bad., The housekeeping people started knocking on the door about 9:30am to see if we were gone yet, this happened twice. I don't know, I wasn't impressed.

If the room cleaning was better, it’d be amazing!
Overall I was happy to stay there. It just bothered me that it was clearly not vacuumed, the comforter was pretty heavily stained, and the floor behind the toilet was dirty as well.

The only good thing was bed comfortable. At midnight room above someone took a shower, our ceiling leaked! Bathroom sink doesn't drain. Room shouldn't have been in use until habitable. Not worth the price!

Our stay was pleasant. Room was nice. The shower had unbelievably fantastic water pressure. Very pleased with the hotel.

Check in was an unpleasant experience. We booked online, 3 separate rooms, one being handicap accessible. We had a tire blow out and sat on the side of the road for hours before being able yo get help. Thus, checking in close yo midnight. The staff member was not knowledgeable (although polite and apologetic) and had to call another employee come help her. That employee belittled the untrained person basically telling her that she was stupid for not understanding how to do the check in process. Instead of showing her and helping, she continued to throw insults and embarrass the new employee through the process with me standing right there. She was on the verge of tears! It was very unprofessional and made me, the guest, feel awkward and sorry for all the trouble. Once I finally got into my room (after having to get keys remade twice), I came to find that the bathroom in my room was unclean. On the floor was clusters of hair and the previous guests pen. The toilet was dirty and looked as if it had been used for a few weeks since it’s last cleaning. The beds were freshly clean and made and there was new clean towels. It just seemed the toilet and bathroom floor were missed. At this point it’s around midnight and I’ve already caused a fuss checking in that I’m fearful to ask for a new CLEAN room. Instead, I used the bathroom in my parents room down the hall. I don’t want to stay here again and can not give it a good review, very disappointed.

Thank goodness the hotel was cheap. It was definately "you get what you pay for". Upon check in Natasha was very short with us. When we walked up to the counter she just starred at us, when I said we just need to check ib she gave a big huff then said " ok, name?" Stayed seated in a chair for the entire check in process then after she printed a form that we needed to sign she she was forced to stand MOMENTARILY, and gave a big huff again and said "I dont want to stand". During this whole check in process there was a women standing in the opened window area to the side of the check in desk with a half smoke cigarette in her hand and a lighter. They were talking more about why it took so long for her to get out of her workplace than interacting with us. Once we got to the room the key card reader would need to tap/rub the card over it multiple times, Once up to 2minutes before it would unlock. I told Natasha about this yet that day, she again huffed and said "ok" nothing everything was resolved during 2 night stay. Floor was mopped but not swepted prior so just dried dirt rubbed everywhere. Bathroom tub faucet was not properly secured. Twice during differ showers it FELL OFF THE WALL! Water went flying straight forward. Once it fell on my daughter foot and left a bruise. When told the late teen/early 20's worker about it she said "someone just looked at that yesterday when someone else checked out" um we were in that room & didnt check out. Breakfast bar was pretty much empty

It was unbelievable that the air conditioner and the room smelled like pungent south asian spices. While generally I like that food, but the next day my clothes had that aroma from the room. There was concern voiced by desk attendant that “key card may not work”, and a warning 2-3 times about incidentals or if “the room is trashed”, or “throwing a party in the room”. How is that even humorous at 11:30pm, when I have to get up 7am to drive to work? I’m 56 yrs old, work trip. Won’t stay there again.

Sorry for the bad experience. We are unable to stop people from eating what they want to eat in there room. We do clean the rooms everyday so i would say the food smell came from a room next to you. The card system does work you just have to hold the key to the lock instead of tapping the card to the lock. Thank you for your feedback I will share your concerns to the rest of the team.

Stayed here 2 weekends in a row. There was tape stuck on the wall, pizza sauce, dirty bathroom floors, toilets not cleaned around base or behind lid. No bath mat left or soap bar on 2nd stay. Fire alarm went off at 4 am. Broken drapes so didn’t close completely and on 1st floor. Screen was sliced and flapping in the wind so just not well maintained. Not a fan of community tubs of butter and cream cheese instead of personal size. On the plus side, comfy bed. If you’re looking to save a buck it’ll do but definitely not like you’re getting the same quality as a Hampton or Holiday Inn for a lower price. Oh, and we knew it beforehand, but the pool is filled but closed.

Sorry that you had a bad experience. This is not acceptable and I will be speaking with the housekeepers. We also just hired a maintenance person so things are getting repaired. Update on the pool we are just waiting on the state inspection.

Didn't have a king room despite "2" being available when I booked on the app. The double queen room we had instead was okay. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice the pet fee isn't exorbitant and we appreciate that we can stay places that allow our pets.

The property was easy to get to and close to the interstate. However, we had several problems. I booked the property on Expedia and it was false advertised as having a pool and a gym. I was very disappointed by this as this is why I booked the property. And then there was a young girl working the front desk who was rude, didn't help refill breakfast items even after asking twice. The third time I asked a kind gentleman had just gotten there and helped. She was yelling at other employees, swearing in front of guests including one child. She needs to be fired immediately. Grrrrr.....
