Poor sound isolation (frequent weird noise even during midnight), weak hairdryer, hard bed and bad check-in and -out experience (neither explanation of facilities during check-in nor inquiry of feedbacks during check-out)
Not worth the price compared to other hotels at similar price range
The only thing I regret is not having been able to visit the spa/pool area nor having tried the breakfast buffet, due to the fact we were there for a wedding taking place at the hotel, and thus celebration was the top priority. Yet, everything else—in room dining included—was first class.
Sauna and quite room area very old, while the rest of hotel was new and clean and contemporary.
Fitness room was very good, all Life fitness and even free weights

Hotel is architecturally very nice. Rooms are fantastic. Probably the best property in Hsinchu. The food options at the hotel are a bit limited. Service is a bit disappointing. Had issues with laundry. This property also does not recognize Bonvoy status and does not award nights or points toward status when booking through Hotels.com.

Hotel and rooms were great, but multiple issues with breakfast orders (room service) was quite frustrating - requiring multiple follow ups each day - never made right before I had to leave the hotel for meetings.
The feeling of the hotel is not good , the lobby is big but is empty, when I entered the room I don’t think and I don’t believe the room is under well maintenance, I don’t know why?
