Covering both the east and west banks of the White Regen, Lohberg’s streetscape is capped by traditional red-tiled roofs and interspersed with heritage architecture. Check out the Glashütte Alte Kirche, a stunning glass workshop and gallery that upholds one of the municipality’s traditional crafts. The workshop is situated within a charming old church on the eastern bank.

Head over the river to the western bank to see Bayerwald-Tierpark, an exciting wildlife park dedicated to showcasing some of the region’s fauna. Approximately 400 different animals are on display here, including owls, goats, wolves, otters, elk and lynx.
