Fairfield checkin was closed. Had to go next door to Sheraton and walk down long hall that connected with Fairfield building. Shared eating area with Sheraton far from room. Nice facilities though with nice complimentary breakfast

We stayed in a shell of a building. Check in and check out was in another hotel. Breakfast was in another hotel. No one on site to handle any problems. The noise from the freeway and surrounding areas was almost unbearable. No not water the first morning.This morning we couldn't get back into the building because the door was stuck. I always ask for a room close to the elevator because my husband cannot walk long distances. The handicapped parking was a long walk from the door. Had to walk across a long walkway to have breakfast. There was no indication on the website that these would be the conditions. We will never stay there again.

The employees were very kind and helpful, they always had a smile. Happy Hour and breakfast was fantastic. Staff at happy hour and breakfast were awesome. It was very, clean, decorated beautifully, outside was nice and clean. Great place!
