The staff are extremely rude. The toilet wouldn’t flush, it took 45 minutes for maintenance to plunge the toilet. The pool opens at 9am however at 10am maintenance decided to clean pool, which took over an hour, on a Saturday. The air unit was weak. It never got to the temperature it was set on. Overall this hotel is not a place I would recommend or stay again.

I loved the convenience and ease of checking in. The front desk clerks could be more professional. At one point, there were customers in line to check in, but the desk clerk was nowhere to be found. It would’ve been nice to have a welcome cup of coffee upon arrival. When did pancakes become a commodity for breakfast? The carpet in the hallway was gross and could be updated. The bed linen was not the best either. We had a place to put our heads and bodies; for that we were thankful. Would I stay at this location again? Probably not.

The restaurant and bar were closed because the chef was on vacation. 2 of the 3 peole at the desk were not friendly at all.

Don't be deceived by the positive reviews. This is a hotel with absolutely terrible service. The hotel messed up my reservation, giving me the wrong, smaller room. I overpaid for the reservation and they didn't care about fixing my situation. The room didn't have blinds letting all light go through. I would advise that you find another property with better customer service.
