"We chose Amalia for its central location. Accessible to key nodes of transport from airport and within walking distance to the Acropolis and key landmarks. The only grouse is that the bathroom is really small (even for Asians)! The toilet bowl is like very near the bathroom door which cannot be opened if someone is using it or standing at the basin. "

"It was within walking distance to many attractions and places to eat. The rooftop view of Acropolis was amazing. The room was small, and door to bathroom, sliding thick glass, offered little privacy. The facility and our room was kept very clean. Our one window offered only the view to another building, which was being refurbished."

"The 47 Luxury Suites property was a wonderful stay for us in Athens. Our room was spacious, and the bed was extraordinarily comfortable, more than my bed at home! I came early before check in, girl at the front looked annoyed, and told me to wait until check in time. Then 2 men walked in a few mins later and she immediately checked them in. After witnessing that, I went to her and checked in. I won’t speculate why she gave the men immediate attention. But as a female, I’m aware of authority gap between men and women.
