Good location in downtown ATL but the rooms were not a nice as other Aloft locations I have stayed in. Seems like they may have rehabbed an older hotel. Bathroom was tiny and the first thing you see when you open the door is a straight shot into the shower. Odd setup.

Convenient location and nice front desk staff. Room was worn, pillows not good, rough towels, ac couldn’t cool below 70 nor would it remain on. Hotel appears to have fresh paint and carpet but otherwise an entry level property with opportunities.

Having come in for the Megan thee Stallion concert only to check in and not be told about the water main breaks and the water being shut off 15 mins after I checked in left a bad taste. While I understand it was something that was beyond your control not informing your customer at checkin that was a bit absurd.
