The pool was closed during our whole stay which was extremely disappointing because it was summer time and 96 degrees everyday. We picked the hotel cause it had a pool we could relax in and get away from the heat. Extremely disappointed

Only reason for a lower rating is they use Chrome cast not airplay and it was horrible. Hard time connecting and fought with the tv for a while

Citizen M is such a gem! We absolutely loved staying here. The room is very European...small but no wasted space. It was perfect for our stay. The curtains/blinds are perfect...literally no light comes in the night curtain, so you can easily sleep late. I've never stayed in a hotel where I didn't have to fight to get the curtains to close all the way...there's always a gap that lets in light but not here. The room was immaculately clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar was a really neat amenity. The pool was a little small and was really full when we got upstairs. We weren't planning on swimming so it wasn't a big deal, but it would've been hard to find a place to get into the pool. We had a drink at the rooftop bar, and the employee was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, just a wonderful place to stay. I wish there was a CitizenM in every city! We will definitely stay again next time we're in a city with a CitizenM hotel!

clean, comfortable, and fun! only con is that you have to pay about $35 to park for the night in a nearby parking garage so keep that in mind!
