"Very nice hotel and clean, comfortable room. My only complaint would be room service could take it up a few notches. $50 dinner was deliver with nothing other than the lukewarm entree. No salt/pepper/water/bread. Very mediocre."

"The lobby area was clean but a bit warm temperature wise. Inside the room was much cooler; the thermostat was on auto at 68 degrees. The sofa in room 331 is terrible to sit on; there was no support and I sank when I sat down. The mattress and pillows were too soft as well. I woke up with lower back pain. The Complimentary breakfast was decently displayed, with fresh fruit and various hot items. Overall, I suggest the hotel upgrades their furniture that is inside the rooms. "

"I really like the walking commute to places that are close from the hotel to places like the State Capitol or the museum. The hotel rooms were beautiful and real comfortable with everything in neat order especially after housekeeping."

"It was good besides the 3rd floor people multiple nights . Very loud . Wouldn’t stay here again for work because the noise from party goers. They also collect an extra $150 deductible upon check in, and it’s been a week and still haven’t got it back so just have that handy "
