"Extremely convenient for long layovers. Airport shuttle was timely and efficient. Signage for Novotel was clear. Access to downtown Taipei very easy via MRT which was very efficient. My room was very clean."

The service and quality excellent, our only qualm is the down type pillows weren’t comfortable for us, we requested different pillows which weren’t any better. As we were staying five nights we bought some pillows ourselves."

"The front desk staff was exceptional: polite, helpful, and very accommodating. We arrived at 6:30am flying all night from Los Angeles and didn't get good sleep on the plane. We asked if we could pay extra to check in early, even though there was no room available at that time, they tried and moved things around and was able to get us checked in at 9am with just a small early check in fee. We had our much needed rest in the hotel before heading out in the afternoon. I especially wanted to call out Carmen and her staff in helping us."
