"Excellent experience here. I wish we’d stayed longer. Ed was awesome: very helpful and cheerful. Extremely clean, safe, great underground parking, super friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious too. The only negative was the towels are a bit old, scratchy, and dingy. But they were clean and that’s all really matters! I highly recommend this hotel."

"On 2 occasions the staff went above and beyond, the first was when we wanted to play ping pong but there appeared to be no paddles to play with and a kind maintenance man searched high and low until he came out with new paddles and balls for us to play with. The 2nd was when we learned we'd somehow left behind a favorite stuffed animal, Mike, the night receptionist took time to find it for us and leave directions to have it sent back to us the next morning!
