This was the nicest staff from the front desk to the doormen. The front desk helped my wife many questions. They gave advice on walking to Fenway. The doormen gave us water when returning after a long day walking and one morning after a run. We were able to walk to most places but the green line is right outside the front door. The only negative is the drinks are too expensive!

I'm sure it was an accident by cleaning crew but on the sheets on bed we noticed a bunch of old blood stains on sheets before we got into bed other than that it was a great stay!

Loved the location and convenience to access public transportation and great shopping areas like Newbury St, Copley Sq and Prudential Centre. Also very close to great bars, restaurants and entertainment. Was disappointed with the front desk staff. Really not equipped to provide concierge service - not knowledgeable on the city and how best to get to places. Often providing incorrect info. Also not accommodating when it comes to checkin and checkout times. I’ve never been to a hotel that charges $40US for an extra hour to check out!

Cleanliness could use a little work. Was woken up by the fire alarm and an announcement telling us to go down our nearest staircase as we were leaving our room a maid saw us and told us we could just stay in our room and that this happens all the time… which was odd to say the least seeing as we have now seen two fire trucks show up outside. Announcement now stating they are investigating the alarm only to have no follow up as to what happened.

The Front Desk Staff was EXCELLENT!!!! It has to be one of the BEST, all-around staff (including the Bell Staff), that I have encountered in any hotel!!!! KEEP THEM!!!!

The hotel and the staff at the pool and front desk were awesome! No complaints about the hotel at all. I did get a $100 ticket for my meter running out & resident parking so I should have just paid the $65 hotel parking instead. Just came for the weekend for the roof top pool with kids even though we are local we wanted to stay in the city and hang out. I wish the roof top pool staff would have told us about having a kids menu even though it wasn’t offered at all on any menu could of saved me at least $200 in food and drinks for them! A $17 hot dog is absurd. $19 for a virgin mango slushy. The menu is crazy! Food was good but not worth the $. Hotel had ice cold lemon water/water on deck and sunscreen & towels galore.
