Very old. First floor great but not room. Such old air conditioner super humidity and wet smell and lot people do smoke like marihuana at balcony. We got double room. It was not queen size. It was full size bed. Three person for sure not fit in there. And they charging breakfast fee even I prepaid at Expedia. I recommend just go to down town or near south park side.

At first I was on a room located on the side facing the highway, and that was noisy. The staff was great in changing us to the other side. Very quiet

My room was nice & clean but on the floor that I stayed on (2nd) it smelled like an old moldy basement and during the corse of the night I started to smell the mold in my room & it had me up coughing for awhile that’s why I decided to leave the hotel @ 6am.

Inside is nice, pretty. Some areas inside could use some deep cleaning. Outside appearance of hotel needs some refurbishment . Pool closed while we were there and did not know when it would open again.
