My daughter and I drove quite a ways excited to settle in somewhere for the night. Picked this hotel specifically because it had a pool. After checking in, found out the pool is seasonal and not open. After messaging the property manager, they blamed Expedia. Saying that Expedia is supposed to mention that the pool is seasonal but they don’t and that I am out of luck because I booked through Expedia. Was a bit disappointed!

My stay was so calm and comfortable, but another aspect of my visit stood out so much more. Nasima is the most wonderful person, let alone hotel staff member. She read my body language and knew I was experiencing the loss of a loved one (specifically, my mother), and she quickly stepped in and did all she could to make accommodations not only for my stay, but for my emotional state. I will be forever grateful to her, and I so appreciate this company’s competency in hiring quality human begins to work for them.
