Our first room smelled of cigarette smoke. Management graciously moved us (1am due to our late arrival). While the room smelled much better, it had not really been cleaned very well. Hair on counters and floor… overall property could be maintained much better. Hallways weren’t vacuumed, etc. The weekend we were there was a busy weekend in town with many graduations. With that added cost to the nightly rate, the accommodations were very subpar.

Our stay was fine. Our room was a little small and our remote didn’t work well. We were able to check in early, which was nice. The location was close to a parking garage. We were a short Uber ride to most attractions in Chicago. Breakfast was good each morning. We stayed on the top floor so it was quiet during the night. We would stay here again!
