I picked this property because they have their own parking, most places you have to park at a parking lot. The rates were great for its location. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were really clean. The only bad thing was the walls and floors are older and easy to hear peoppe coming in and oit and walking upstairs if youre downstairs. Honestly for all the pluses it didnt bother me much, we were only there to sleep. The zoo was 2 miles north and kichigan ave was aboit a mile east and millenium park aboit 2 miles south. Everything was in walking distance that i never used my car.

The room was okay, stains on the carpet. The outside of the hotel is shabby. The parking lot is a nightmare, very narrow and overcrowded. Also the entrance into the parking lot is easy to miss if you are not familiar with the area. Would not stay there again.
