The location was pretty good, everything was so close. They also offer to hold your luggage until it's time to go to the airport after check out. Something bad was that the room was so small and they do not include breakfast.

I definitely loved the location and hotel overall, but I absolutely hated my room. My view was essentially another giant wall. The toilet smelled like it doesn’t get cleaned with an actual cleaning agent. The room was advertised with a microwave, but didn’t have one. Lastly, a mini fridge isn’t a luxury for the price we paid, all rooms should have one.

I have been staying at this property every time I visit Chicago. I really like the location. The view from my room is gorgeous. The staff is nice, the parking that they offer is convenient. I just wish they had more rooms available with 2 queen size beds, so I don’t have to sleep on the couch every time.

Very conveniently located. Walking distance from all the major attractions. Safe area. Front desk staff very friendly. However, housekeeping service was on demand basis. We requested housekeeping service around 9am as we were supposed to and left the room around that. After we returned to the around 6pm, rooms was still not cleaned. Were told that housekeeping missed us and they are gone for the day. Very unhappy about that as we had to request clean towels and sheets that night.
