Staff helpful but our room was right above the front door and we were woken on numerous occasions by people talking and laughing. The hotel was no where near full but the put us over the front door right by the elevator. I would expect Expedia customers to be treated better. The free wine was I undrinkable

The hotel is really small. Rooms are tiny! If you are traveling with light luggage, this would be fine. Otherwise, it will be cramped.

The only negative is a tiny room with AC Units so high on the wall I had to stand on the bed in order to adjust the temperature. And I am 6 foot tall. LOL. It was clean and quiet with the bear minimum in a tiny room with a small bed. So far short, I think it’s fine. For a long stay, I’d be asking for a much bigger room.

The Willows was an older hotel, but it seemed to be pretty clean and quiet. Adrian at the front desk was very nice, knowledgeable and did his best to be accomodating. He deserves 5 stars for his customer service alone. I wish they would have had microwaves and coffee makers in the room, and it would have been nice to have a continental breakfast. Still, we good a good night's sleep and wouldn't mind staying there again.
