Check in was 3pm. Arrived at 4pm, told our room was not cleaned, but was offered another at the same price. Only one working elevator. Room was average. Shower didn’t have much water pressure. Only given one washcloth, but several other towels of various sizes. We were in town for a concert and stayed for one night and it did the job. But if you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t it.

Upon arrival we are greeted with 2 police officers arriving - we immediately asked if this was a safe area as we are staying with kids and they fellows no- and we asked what should we be aware of and they said everything! Not a good start! Then we were able to check into rooms early at 1:00 which was nice. We went to our room and AC was broken it was very hot, stuffy, and smelly. I immediately called they said yes we will fix right away- so we left to go get food and stay out of room- come back an hour later and no one even attempted to fix- made another request waited another 20 minutes nothing! We needed to change and get ready for concert- now I’m mad- call again d. they say 5 minutes they come 25 minutes later and decide they can’t fix it we have to move rooms- the entire process has now been about 3 hours and we are totally crunched for time. We switch rooms. I asked the manager how I could be compensated - he said he would comp the room - he was not there at check out- I called 3 times before I was able to reach him and was then on hold 20 minutes - he didn’t even remember the situation - he said he could only comp me $32- what a joke. I would not recommend anyone to stay here!

Very disappointed. Bed linens were soiled, blood stains on the pillow cases. Walls had peeling paint. There was a musty smell. Only one elevator worked. Strong smell of cabs is from the dispensary across the street. There were several other guests complaining as well. We simply left and I wrote off the $289.00. Truly a miserable experience.
