"On lady at the front desk needed to be more accessible, understanding and nice. I think one of them was Lucy, she was awesome, very understanding and helpful, great personality, not like the other one that made me go up to my room to the 4rd floor like 3 times instead of been like Lucy, more understanding. Housekeepers were super helpful and nice, they made me feel very comfortable and welcome, they deserve 10 stars. "
