"This hotel is nice and located in a very convenient area with many restaurants & shops within walking distance, plus walking distance to the beach. However, that beach is not nice and not swimmable. The room is very large but the bathroom is so small with the main door getting in the way. You have to close the door after getting in to get to the toilet area. The floor in the shower in our room is slated in the wrong direction so it gets flooded after each shower."

"We checked in just before midnight. They photocopy your passport. We got key cards. Room is good size and has air con but the bathroom has a very noisy duct exhaust type fan which made it hard to get a good sleep. Hotel is in the city centre of shops and restaurants, 10min walk to garlic lane, or to the beach.. 30min to beachwalk shopping mall. They cleaned and provided fresh towels daily except for the last day - I had to ask. Pool is smaller than it looks in the photos. I wouldnt stay here...

"Area is quite sketchy at night, a group of 3 guys pulled up on bikes and tried to pickpocket us while walking a few minutes from the hotel. Hotel was nice and staff were excellent!"

"Staff were very pleasant in a poor environment Bar wasn't stocked ran out of a number of drinks. Very run down hotel. No idea how they maintain a 4* rating "
