Rose from the front desk was extremely friendly, her customer service was one of them by far one of the best that I have experienced and I have stayed in many hotels throughout the year. Definitely recommend this place someone that is flying in to the San Antonio international airport. "

"The was very old. The carpets were old and ripped up in parts. The hotel had no parking and an unaffiliated valet company outside the hotel charged us for parking the car. "

"After a long travel day, it was refreshing to walk into a beautiful hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, patient, and attentive. The room was beautiful, cool, comfortable and clean. The mattress was not the best hotel mattress I have slept on but we slept well (the only small complaint). Probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had!! My family enjoyed the breakfast. Didn’t want to miss! The evening happy hour was fabulous. Over all, very impressed. I would stay here again!!"

"I came here for a birthday trip to go to Nostalgia Con and it was the best hotel stay I’ve had in a long time. Definitely made my 31st birthday celebration amazing. The staff is so nice but there was one woman in the coffee shop that always had a bit of an attitude but other than that the stay was amazing! "
