"Wonderful three night stay. We interacted with multiple staff who were friendly and helpful. We had touring bicycles along and were given a safe place to store our bicycles in the hotel. Staff were never rushed and helped us with multiple questions as we sorted out our departure on a bicycle tour. Our room was beautiful as is the large lobby of the hotel. Location in downtown Minneapolis is great for walking, cycling, and public transit. "

"The young woman at the front desk Brenda was Fantastic. She had answers to all of my questions and was friendly. The Hotel rooms were clean,very quiet with incredibly tall ceilings.
