"Room and hotel was clean but incorrect bed bottom sheet which because it was a queen on a king bed, it revealed a filthy mattress pad and waterproof pad. Had to remake bed just to cover the yuk. Need more housekeeping staff as the one girl was cleaning the entire floor. "

"I booked a premium room. I was delayed and did not arrive until late morning. When I checked in I was given a regular room. I had to ask for snacks and drinks. My room was also right by elevator. I was never bothered by elevator sounds, but a lot of street noise on level 5. "

"2 day road trip with the boys. Went to erie for opening day at the races. Hotel is close and a short 5 minute walk to the casino/track. (available shuttle if you want) If your going there for those 2 events, your at the right place. wouldnt stay anywhere else. hotel (cleanliness) is above average, and staff is very nice. "
