"Shower stall very slippery. One of the days didn’t clean room . I complained and was told they were busy with to many rooms to clean. They immediately delivered fresh towels and tolitery items. Not my problem they were busy. That episode upset us . We let it go."

"The staff are friendly , I ask for extra pillow because was staying there with my wife and the room only had three pillows . So I call front desk for an extra one . The staff wasn’t sure they had extra but lucky they do . "
