From willingness to change the food menu, having a super late spa experience so we could fit it in to seeing someone struggling with snorkelling on an excursion and providing assistance so they could see all a turtle. "The people are so nice. So many friendly staff members. Good was great and changed items on the buffet every day. Spacious, clean, beautiful resort. Private snorkeling beach on the back of the island. 2 morning tours and 1 afternoon tour that will take you to most of the good stops of tours a, b, and c for free. "We have limited meal options. No beef meal was available when we stayed due to limited/no supply following a big event. Otherwise, we have an excellent stat. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, especially David Austria, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The GM, James, was very personable. The scenery is to die for! Very quiet and serene."

The amenities are good and enough and I am sure could be better but the quality of service you get is what makes it standout and special.
