"My second stay. The only issue is that they need more outlets to make charging more easy. But it is minor issue. I recommend ocean view room. It is right on the Jeju bike trail if you want to circle the island. Very convenient and close to ferry. My feeling is hotel child use light remodel but certainly I was comfortable and room was clean. There is great sashimi in the buffet."

"We stayed in the suite and it is very spacious. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is Bigelow brand with lavender and peppermint scent which smells great. There is jacuzzi inside the room but we did not get the chance to use it. There are plenty of dining options that is walking distance from the hotel. "This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in a lot of hotels. The ceilings were moldy, the curtains were torn, the washing machine was outside and did not work. The 'hotel' seemed to be a cheap combination of a flea market, karaoke bar and rooms. The elevator also did not feel entirely safe. I believe the 'hotel' would be shut down if a fire marshal or security firm did a thorough analysis of this place. I highly discourage choosing this place. It is awful!!!"

"Perfect stay! Check in was smooth and the hotel room is fantastic. I especially enjoyed the furnitures and the hot tub. Location is great literally 2 minutes from the beach. Short walking distance to my favorite restaurants. The staff were also super nice. I wish to stay longer but I’ve already booked the return trip so only stayed for two days. "Long story short - we stayed 3 nights and found bed bug bites on us after the second night (confirmed by prior experience as well as finding a molted skin on the mattress). We switched rooms (they gave us a room just 3 doors away from the original despite the situation) and we had more bites the next day. The location was great, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, minus the fact that there were bed bugs. That kind of ruined the trip since now we were paranoid about possibly bringing bed...
