Room was spacious, bed very comfortable and no street noise."

"We had room 414 with a kitchenette which looked nice but we did not use it. Room was nice and large with a sofa. Bathroom was a tight squeeze. Everything was very nice. I think we had a trainee check us in so this not reflective of entire staff but no WiFi instructions were given, frustratingly had to call front desk for promo code. Room phone did not work properly (no volume) so it took several attempts to get through to front desk. Never could get the WiFi to work on iPad. We weren’t sure if...
