"Overall good place to stay. Only having problem with the lift bank where with only one available to use going to park floor. Its so troublesome for waiting or if out of service."

"A few of the things I liked in the dorm room is each bed has a curtain so you have privacy and the space is really big with lots of storage space right under your bed. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the welcome card is a nice touch too. There’s a nice chill out area with bean bags and the coffee is great too. (Good coffee is a rarity in hostels) "

We had to wait for an hour for our room to be ready. Hotel staff put us in an un-airconditioned room to sweat in the heat along with the remanence of that day's breakfast that was still scattered on the floor. "Very family oriented resort! Close to the Imago mall but it’s not walking distance. You can grab and go to everywhere very easily. There was no hair dryer in the room so I had to ask for one. Breakfast buffet was very superb with various options from Malaysian food to Korean. "
