"Staff members were nice, room was clean and plenty of parking. Overall, satisfied with stay but would not recommend a room with smoking unless you are a heavy smoker and the smell doesn’t bother you. I vape and opt for a nonsmoking room cause it was too much for me. Staff was accommodating but still not sure if there was a smoking area outside. "

"The property was clean. The matresses were not posturpedic but they were good enough to sleep on.Air conditioner worked great in the first room we were in. Unfortunately, we asked to be moved because someone had cut the tv line. Our second room the tv was great but the air conditioner was more of a fan.. the stay was good, cost effective and we would stay there again."

"The place was clean, but was average quality. The one ice machine on the first floor, which made it totally inconvenient from the 3rd, wasn’t working. Sheets and bedding were clean, but the bed itself was a one up on a sofa bed. Great water pressure!!! This place will serve its purpose if you’re just fine with a place to take a shower and get some sleep. "

"There was a loud fight in our hallway on the last night that we stayed, the front desk person was fast to respond but it was very unsettling. "Our experience at this hotel was nothing but positive! The hotel rooms are spacious and very clean. My family and I felt safe, and comfortable staying at this hotel, and we absolutely loved the convenience of how close it is to LAX airport. We also enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel that was included with the price - and it was a delicious, warm breakfast with great variety!!! The staff was warm and welcoming, and provided us with excellent customer service throughout our stay. The convenience of having the hotel shuttle transport us to and from the airport was an added bonus! I cant see us staying anywhere else when we visit L.A again. This hotel is a gem!!!"
