So disappointed! Our room in the basement was unbearably noisy with loud noise from passing trains every few minutes. I complained at reception and was told I should have requested a quiet room when booking . ( How ridiculous! I stayed here nine months ago and didn’t months ago with no problems and hadn’t made any special requests). I have an early trip on Eurostar and am exhausted because of very little sleep due to the constant noise. Why was I given this unsuitable room when I booked months ago.

Excellent location for trains, very helpful and pleasant staff, liked breakfast boxes. Our particular room was noisy at times but not a big problem. The bed’s mattress was uncomfortable—one of those that feels like marbles in the mattress.

Location is good as it next to St Pancras station which is what we wanted. However it was a bit noisy. We had a triple room and it was extremely small. It would have been ok as a double room only.

The location was one block from Kings Cross and St Pancras. There were several food court type restaurants and some shops in each terminal, so it was very convenient. The room was for sleeping only. VERY tiny. No place for luggage. This is a bare nuts & bolts operation. Nothing luxury or plush. You get 2 twin beds, 3 towels, 2 bar soap, instant coffee packets. The shower stall is teeny tint. There is a tv. I was not expecting the Ritz, but this was a surprise. However, it was very clean, sheets were comfortabke, staff was very friendly. They let us check in early for $10.

My reservation was made in December, 2023 for my wife and adult son. I also requested a double and single bed room using Expedia site. upon arrival, we were given a very small room with 3 single beds, Apparently, Accor ding to hotel staff, Expedia did not communicate our request for a different configuration room to the hotel. both Expedia and hotel had 5 months to make sure that the proper room would be ready. Very disappointed in the entire process given that there was plenty of time for it not be a problem.
